MysticChart is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with KVKK and the EU GDPR.

1. Information We Collect​

A) Account Information: Full name, email address, password, WhatsApp number (optional).​

B) Report Details: Name, date/time/place of birth (city, country); for couple reports, the same details for the second person.

Report data is used only to generate the purchased report and is not used for marketing without consent.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Create/manage accounts and process orders
  • Deliver reports and provide mandatory notifications
  • Customer support and (with consent) marketing communications
  • Website security and performance improvements

3. Data Retention

Account and report data are retained while your account remains active. Upon deletion request, all personal data and reports are permanently deleted.

4. Data Sharing

  • Paddle.com (payments/invoicing)
  • Authorized authorities where legally required
  • Service providers under confidentiality obligations (hosting, analytics, etc.)

MysticChart does not sell or rent your personal data.

6. Security

SSL encryption, secure servers, and up-to-date practices are used to protect your data.

7. International Transfers

Due to Paddle’s processing, some data may be transferred to the EU/UK with protection under GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies for essential functions, analytics, and advertising. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work properly without them.

9. Remarketing and Behavioral Advertising

We may use Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to measure campaigns, show personalized ads to prior visitors, and improve services. We do not share identifiable personal data (such as names or birth details) with ad platforms.

10. Marketing Communications and Consent

If you opt in, we may send offers via email or WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe at any time; this will not affect your purchased services.
