MysticChart is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. All personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Name, surname, email, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, payment information, WhatsApp number (if subscription applies), IP address, device and browser information (user-agent), and online identifiers obtained through cookies. ​

Financial data is stored for 10 years in accordance with tax law. Other customer data is retained for up to 3 years after the service relationship ends.

Ad Measurement and Meta Conversions API: To measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising activities, we may share some of your data (email address, phone number, name, IP address, and browser information) with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc., based on your explicit consent. This data is irreversibly encrypted (hashed) before being transmitted to Meta; Meta cannot see the plain text of your data, it only uses it to match your advertising interactions. 6. User Rights
