By accessing or purchasing from MysticChart.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Description of Services

Users purchase personalized digital astrology/numerology reports by entering birth details. All reports are custom-made, delivered as PDF via email, and uploaded to the user dashboard.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You warrant that information you provide is accurate and yours.
  • For couple reports, you confirm you have the other person’s explicit consent to submit their data.
  • MysticChart is not responsible for unauthorized submission of third-party data; this responsibility lies with the user.

3. Payments and Invoicing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record (MoR). Invoices and applicable taxes are handled by Paddle. See: paddle.com/legal. paddle.com/legal.

4. Delivery

  • Reports are produced within 24–48 hours after successful payment.
  • Reports are emailed and made available under Dashboard → Orders.
  • If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
  • If a file is corrupted or incorrect, MysticChart will recreate and resend a correct version.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation is possible only before report generation begins. After generation starts, no cancellations or refunds are possible.  

Exceptions:

  1. We fail to deliver within 48 hours; or
  2. The delivered file is corrupted and cannot be successfully reissued.

By placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

6. Account Management

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon deletion, all personal data and reports are permanently removed. You retain ownership of files already downloaded.  [email protected] adresine yazarak hesaplarının silinmesini talep edebilir. Silme talebinde kişisel veriler ve raporlar kalıcı olarak sistemden kaldırılır. Kullanıcı, indirdiği dosyaların sahibidir.

7. Optional Add-Ons

MysticChart may offer optional (paid/free) add-ons such as “Talk to My Report” and WhatsApp support. Details are provided at sign-up or purchase.

8. Cookies, Remarketing, and Marketing Communications (Summary)

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, and remarketing. Tools like Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads, and Google Analytics may be used to measure campaigns and deliver personalized ads. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Marketing Policy for details. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction ​

Bu sözleşme Türk Hukuku’na tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Kadıköy) mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
