1. General Information

MysticChart.com is a brand owned and operated by Başarı Dil Hizmetleri Bilgisayar Danışmanlık ve Turizm Ltd. Şti., registered in Turkey. All services and transactions conducted through the site are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

MysticChart.com provides personalized digital astrology reports prepared based on the customer’s birth data. All products are digital and delivered electronically; no physical shipment is made.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. MysticChart is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or missing information provided by the user.

4. Payments and Invoicing

Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. An e‑Archive Invoice (e‑Arşiv Fatura) will be issued for each order in accordance with Turkish tax legislation. The invoice will be sent digitally to the user’s email address.

5. Delivery Time

Astrology reports are delivered digitally within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Reports are accessible via download links and also sent by email.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Since the astrology reports are customized digital content, cancellations or refunds are not possible once preparation has started. Exceptions apply only if payment has been made but preparation has not yet begun.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

User data is protected under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, for users in the EU/EEA, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, please see ourPrivacy Policy.

8. Amendments

MysticChart reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul (Kadıköy).
