Refund Policy

MysticChart produces custom digital reports. Therefore, once report generation begins, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

1. Eligible Refund Cases

1. Delivery is not completed within 48 hours, or
2. The delivered file is corrupted/unreadable and re-creation is unsuccessful.

2. Refund Process

Refunds are processed via Paddle.com. MysticChart assists throughout the Paddle refund flow.

3. Alternatives

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement report or account credit.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect/incomplete data provided by the user (e.g., wrong birth time)
• Subjective dissatisfaction with content
• Reports that meet technical delivery standards
