1. General Provisions

All purchases on MysticChart.com are for personalized digital astrology reports prepared individually for each customer.

2. Cancellations and Refund Conditions

• Once report preparation begins, cancellation or refund is not possible.
• If payment was made but preparation has not yet started, the customer may request cancellation.

• In case of a technical issue with the delivered file, a replacement file will be prepared if the issue is reported within 3 days.

3. Exception to Right of Withdrawal

Under consumer protection laws, personalized digital content is exempt from the right of withdrawal.
